The Tunisian artist Latifa has released her latest song “Ya Layali” on her official YouTube channel. “Ya Layali” is the first song from her new album Mafesh Mamnoua “, with lyrics by Malak Adel, musical arrangement by Tameem, and directed by Walid Nassif. Latifa revealed that she started preparing the album and recording the songs before her mother’s death, returning from the studio to get her late mother’s opinion on each song. She explained that she chose the songs for “Mafesh Mamnoua ” with her mother before her passing, making her feel that her mother is part of the album. The album includes 10 diverse songs, all of which were filmed as music videos.

The music video for “Ya Layali” was created using artificial intelligence, with lyrics by Malak Adel, melody from Libyan folklore, arrangement by Tameem, and direction by Walid Nassif.

Previously, Latifa promoted “Ya Layali” on her Instagram account, writing: “Wait for the music video of ‘Ya Layali’ from the album ‘Mafesh Mamnoua ‘ at 6 PM Cairo time on my YouTube channel, and wait for the entire album on all music platforms at 6 PM Cairo time.”

She also celebrated the success of her new song “Ya Layali,” which achieved one million views within 24 hours of its release on social media.
